    Managed Services for Azure Machine Learning in Azure PaaS.

We support 24x7 in Managed Services for Databases and Web App.

For remaining of the services ,we provide support during weekdays in IST and GMT working hours.

Managed Services for databases covers , regular auditing and risk assessments of your SQL Server & Azure environments to ensure your backups are functioning properly so you can avoid downtime.

We monitor whole Azure environment using Azure Log Analytics and Azure Monitor which provides monitoring and alerting capabilities.

We use Azure DevOps to support the deployment of fixes in Production before fixing it in Dev and Test environments.

To support the Azure related services, our team will be required to have access to Azure Subscriptions.

There will be dedicated Azure Cloud Platform experts assigned to these Managed Services to provide world-class support.

Navoti Analytics provides 24x7 support for following services:

    Managed Services for Databases and Data Warehousing in On-Premise or Azure.
    Managed Services for Custom Web App Development in On-Premise or Azure.

For any other services, we provide managed services during weekdays in IST and GMT working hours(9 AM to 6 PM).

There will be dedicated Azure Cloud Platform experts assigned for these managed services and team should have required access to support On-Premise and Azure Services related issues. Any managed services for Azure work ,team should have access to required level of access to Azure Subscriptions.

Some of our managed services can be included as a part of development project work, so that same team can support after deployment of solution in Production for certain weeks and months.

All of our stand-alone managed services work will be billed based on time and material option and no fix-pricing methodology.

We do have ticketing type support where customer can buy certain hours to support some of their databases and solutions.

Data Integration in any business is a necessity and need for an hour to grow business. Some the business requirement are common as follow:
